Requests are addressed within 45 days of receipt. This period may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice provided before the initial period expires.
An authorized agent may submit a request on behalf of a California resident by providing proof of authorization and contacting Corona Sewer Service using the channels above.
No one submitting a Do Not Sell or Share request will be denied service, charged a different price, or provided a different level of service as a result of exercising this right.
